Should have Yelped this place years ago. The good & the bad: Its dirty a lot of the time. The ethnic music blasting is not my cup of tea (or coffee). There is a real ESL problem with some clerks. l ordered an ice latte after adding money to the DD app. I could see the clerk wasn't engaged in the conversation so l said to him, "... .and NOW l would like ""TO"" order a medium iced latte. He asked how l wanted it which is great BUT he did not know the difference between TO and TWO. He asked me if l wanted both same. Since its a HUGE pain to ask what he is trying to convey l just said yes and hoped for the best. Well the TWO cups in his right hand told me he didn't understand. I asked for a refund TO my card. He called over the manager and lied by telling her l asked for TWO! OK, dude you could have covered your ass AFTER the customer left not in front of the customer. That is immature and a bit f-ed up! Now the good......the food is ok....not good just ok but the drinks are extremely good so just go for the drinks only.

This is very cheap donuts also with high calories. But it makes me happy! It has so many stores and are easy to buy!

Let me start with saying I love DD coffee. I work right around this place and have visited it several times.
1) The coffee never tastes right. Everytime I order same thing, but it tastes different every time.
2) They staff is extremely rude, just straight up does not care. Today I went there, placed an order, with 4 people working it took them good 4-5 mins to pour a cup of coffee, they were just sitting there giggling.
3) I have noticed that many people have issues using their app here.
4) This is the first coffee place that I have come across that charges $0.50 for an extra cup to share it with a friend.
There are awesome coffee places in the mall and near Newport, AVOID THIS DD. -

I found out that this place does not use NOS enegery can to use there NOS energy drinks. They use Monster instead.

Ugh! I thought having a DD in Newport would be a welcomed addition, not so much.
No matter what day or time I come my dunkaccino never tastes right. Not certain if they don't clean the machine properly or what, but it's ALWAYS bad!
Since that's pretty much all I ever get from ANY DD it hurts my heart when one store continuously misses the mark.
The staff is friendly and unless it's the typical morning or afternoon rush, it's rarely crowded (which may or may not be a good thing)
